THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE GREAT TURN OUT....

    Another great day of racing!
Thanks to everyone that helped me pull off another season of racing, what a great year!!!
Terry Damron. The undisputed GO-Quad World CHAMPION continues her undefeted win streak!!! Congradulations on another WIN!!!!
The pressure was on and she kept her cool to take home the win. Funny how some people constantly brag about how fast they are on the chat boards but I guess typing fast and driving fast are two differnt things. (Bob C.) Terry, just shows up kicks butt and her son Chris Damron is untouchable on his scooters. Thanks to all the other scooter racers too, you guy's put on some great racing this year it's a lot of fun to watch you go at it lap after lap. It sure is nice to have the World's fastest racers come to our events. Little Kayla won the stock pocketbike class, Way to go, another girl champion! I had to take some big chances and lucky for me Isaac over shot the last turn to let me by for the win in Modified Pcoketbike class. Isaac and his brother Anthony put up quite battle this year way to go guys!!! THanks to Tom Adler and his pit bike crew, YOU GUYS ARE CRAZY, REALLY CRAZY!!! Alex killed on the midsize bikes, he was lucky I had a broken toe! Thanks also too Big Anthony's and his family with out your help I would have had to cancel another race, hope you back heals soon
Thanks AGAIN for a great year I hope everyone has a SAFE and Happy Holiday season with a Happy New Year. If the weather holds out we can do it again next next Jan 11, 2009 Season SIx for PocketbikeGP!! FOR LATEST RACE INfo give me call at 408-387-039 eight.

Where do you plan on racing?
We started out hosting races in parking lots after hours and in vacant lots. However with our rapid growth in attendance We have grown too big not to be noticed. So we have moved to The HP Pavilion San Jose California. We have EMT On site service, restrooms, announcer, consession stand, parts dealers, we race both indoors and outdoors. Our course is fast and challanging for the beginner to the the expert rider and with the addition of go karts for 2007 now every one can come have some fun.

What does it take to race?
A good attitude, A Helmet with Current Snell Rating or Dot Equilvient, Leather or Equilivent Motorcycle Riding Jacket and Pants, Gloves, Protective Shoes, and a Pocket bike Style Racer bike, SAFETY IS VERY IMPORTANT....

How do I know when there is a race ?.
The next race info will be posted on the Main page as soon as possible before an upcoming event. Check back often some events will be posted with little notice.

    What are the racing classes?
Our Current rules can be found by clicking rules from the home page.. Once we get enough entry's we will start novice and expert classes too.

The PocketbikeGP.com Championship Series will have at least 5 races in the 2007 Schedule. Racers that make the main event will receive Championship points all races count towards the Championship Point Total with the champion being awarded the prestigeous #1 plate. The March HP race and the Oct Cow Palace Race will count and 3 other races will be added soon. The tracks will include 2 kart tracks and a parking lot track.
The races will include one warn up race. Your finish position in the warm up race will determine the pick for position on the gate in the MAIN event, we will use a semi race if needed, the last race of the day is the MAIN event. The number of laps will be determined by the race marshal.
The start will be side by side similar to motocross gate style start, and the track will have a road coarse layout marked with plastic cones. The Finish position in the one main event race determines the race winner. The classes will be split by age and skill level. Kid race with kids and Adults race with adults. Kids can race adults with child's parents permission. WE will try to make a class for everyone, I want to make sure that no one is left out, you show up we will fit you in.
